Does the coin machine charge a fee for members?

Yes, a small fee is charged for members when they redeem their coin voucher unless it's one of the accounts that is exempt from the fee.

Non-Profit organization accounts and youth accounts are not charged a fee for using the Coinstar machine.

All other consumer accounts, business accounts, and non-members are charged a fee for use of the coin machine.

You can find our rate and fee sheet here to see the amount deducted during the transaction. Please note that the fee amount is deducted when the coin voucher is redeemed at the teller line.
