I am traveling to another state or country, how do I notify Red Canoe?

If you are traveling out of the state or country, it’s always best to let us know so we can ensure you do not have service interruptions to your cards. There are a few different ways to let us know about your travel plans.

You can fill out the form on the Contact Us tab. Be sure to use the pull-down menu and select "Travel Notice" and complete the form. We will contact you by phone to verify your account and add the travel notice.

You can also contact us directly at 800-562-5611 or come into your nearest branch to fill out a travel notice.
